How you find the yacht of your dreams
Before you purchase one or more fractions in a yacht we help you determine which of our yachts best suits your needs. Our fleet represents brand new or perfect reconditioned pedigree motor yachts (15m and above) with full warranties.

Why you can afford it
We will devide your yacht in 10 fractions. To become owner of one fraction we ask a cash payment of only 3% of the total value of the yacht and 10% of the actual annual costs of ownership (about 1% of the value of the yacht per year).

Example
One fraction of a € 800.000 yacht will cost about € 24.000 and annual € 8.000 for costs of ownership.

Buy the fraction you really use
Each fraction gives you the possibility to use your yacht during 3 weeks per year. Each owner receives a complete calendar for 6 years in advance. You always have the option of trading with another owner.
18 weeks a year are set aside to reposition the yacht for technical maintenance.

How you receive you investment back
After 6 years the yacht is sold and the netto revenues of the yacht will be divided among the fractional owners. Based upon our experience we expect this amount will be equal to your initial investment.

Accountant
Each yacht will have its own bank account. All payments and deposits will go directly into that account. After the closing this will become the operating account for the yacht. Shareholders will receive an annual audited financial statement.
