ownership you are the only owner purchasing your individual
interest in a particular yacht. Your
interest is only sold to you and cannot be sold to anyone else.You receive
an individual notarial act of ownership of your
yacht, just as you would receive in case you would buy a house or similar
investment. You actually own the entire yacht
exclusively along with the other partnership members.
Pay only for the fraction you use
The annual operating expenses are split among the fractional owners.
While on board the owners are only responsible for their own consumables
such as food, liquor, fuel, dockage, etc.
How you save money on maintenance
takes care for the full yacht
management against a fixed fee. This includes full technical maintenance,
insurance, mooring, administration, assistance in case of emergencies,
cleaning, etc.
All services are carried out under
supervision against the best price/quality in the market without any
mark-ups.
How you can plan your holiday
Once a new yacht is closed out a complete calendar is published 6 years
in advance. This enables you to plan your holidays in such a way that you can
maximise the use of your yacht. You always have the option of trading with one of the other owners
to further maximise your holiday scheme.
Financial statement
Each year you receive an audited financial statement for your approval.
